# 62: pureNRG - More

pureNRG is like a cross between Jump5 and The Clique Girlz. They have similar voices, but they're more similar to Jump5 in terms of genre, there's this Christian/Gospel thing going on.

More is a lot like So Hard, So Far melody-wise, brilliant. It's more on the ballad side as well during the verses, but it kicks into a mid-tempo during the chorus.

pureNRG are one of the few pop bands who're continuing this in the US, but they don't take it lightly, the songs are there, and their vocals are getting better with each album.

You can say that I have a soft spot for these American teen pop bands, mainly because they're so different from the ones in the UK and here in the Philippines, well let's just say if you're young, you either sing alone(Charice? yeah..) or with a choir.

That's what I see, so yeah.
